DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 21 business days of the order, although most will be within 14. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. All Next Day shipping orders must be received by 1 pm PST. If you still have not received your purchase after 5 weeks, please notify service@Goodinkclothing.com . You will receive an email from service@Goodinkclothing.com when your order has been confirmed.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are shipped FedEX Ground unless selected otherwise. Rates are calculated through FedEX calculator in the shopping cart. All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax. Please contact service@Goodinkclothing.com if you have any questions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on Goodinkclothing.com, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 15 days from which shipment is received. Goodinkclothing.com does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to service@Goodinkclothing.com before sending back. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip when returned. Use of pre-paid return shipping labels will incur a $7.00 shipping fee, which will be charged at the time of your return. Otherwise you may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
